Biosketch
Jean-Pascal Fournier is a family physician in the Academic Department of Family Medicine, University of Nantes (France), and a researcher at SPHERE since 2020. He received his Ph.D. in pharmacology in 2013 (University of Toulouse) and has been a postdoctoral fellow in pharmaco-epidemiology at McGill University, Montreal, between 2013 and 2014. He specialized in enhancing quality of medication prescribing and safety of medication use in primary care. His current focus at SPHERE is on the evaluation of deprescribing processes and patients’ attitudes towards deprescribing.
